Our home inspections are limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, to examine the roofing, structural, electrical, plumbing, interior systems and evaluate them. Our Home inspections are conducted by a licensed/Insured ($1,000,000) home inspector who has the training and certifications to perform such inspections. Our inspector prepares and delivers to the client a written report (electronic & hard copy) of findings. Our clients use the knowledge gained to make informed decisions about their pending real estate purchase. Our home inspector describes the condition of the home at the time of inspection but does not guarantee future condition, efficiency, or life expectancy of systems or components.

We understand a Home Buyer's reluctance to use a local home inspector referred to them by a local real estate agent, especially one with minimal experience and who may have no insurance. For this reason, and as our schedule permits, Home Assured Property Inspection Services will gladly travel outside of our normal service area, thus guaranteeing you an impartial and unbiased home inspection.
